beroNet

beroNet OS — the firmware in every device

Every beroNet device runs the same firmware. What you learn on one gateway applies to the whole range, and a device can change its role without changing its software.

What it does

  • Setup in five minutes. A wizard builds the dialplan and groups the ports instead of leaving both to hand-editing.
  • Works with any PBX. SIP is SIP; there is no certified-vendor list to get past.
  • Responsive web GUI. Configuration from a browser, on a laptop or a phone.
  • Cloud managed. Connect the device to the beroNet Cloud for monitoring, updates and remote configuration.
  • Provider templates. Load a template for a supported SIP provider instead of guessing registration parameters.
  • Apps. Extend a gateway with the Survival Branch Appliance, OpenVPN or Asterisk.
  • SIP-to-SIP. Bridge two IP PBX systems or build a SIP failover path; the second network interface carries the SBC role. This function needs an SBC licence — the ISDN, analog and LTE gateway functions do not.
  • XML provisioning. Roll out configuration to devices directly, without the GUI.
